​RMIT Activator - Agile or Fragile?

Copywriter, Pitching Representative
​Description: 

RMIT Activator is a department established in Australia, aims to foster skills and entrepreneurial mindset for RMIT community. However, being a newcomer in Vietnam campus, they still remain unfamiliar within RMIT Vietnam community. Agile or Fragile? was a project that aimed to promote for their course “Agile ways of working".

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-planned and executed a whole mar-com campaign from scratch to promote the course "Agile ways of working" provided by RMIT Activator.

  • In charge of concept development and content direction for the entire project publication: flyers, digital signage, logo, poster, online photo series.

Key Achievements:
  • Exceeded the client's KPI of attendees by 120%

  • Awarded as Best Student Project nominated by RMIT's industry partners at the Industry Networking Night 2019

Quang Binh - Wherein your experience takes off

Leader, Researcher, Data Analyst, Strategic Planner, Pitching Representative
​Description: 

This campaign was developed for Professional Communication Studio at RMIT as a final year project before graduation. Students worked on real briefs given by clients to tackle challenges and fulfill clients' needs. In this project, I worked on Quang Binh Tourism Department's brief to promote Quang Binh as a combination of all unique natural scenery and cultural heritage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developed an in-depth market research, consumers, products analysis by using social listening tools to generate solid insights, the challenges the clients are facing; and the solution.

  • Co-planned the execution plan, media plan, budgeting, setting KPIs and report.

  • Acted as main contact point between the team, freelancer and the lecturer/ clients.

UNIQLO - Used but not useless

Leader, Art Director, Screenwriter, Strategic Planner, Pitching Representative
​Description: 

This campaign was done for the course Art Direction to promote awareness with rubbish in Vietnam. In this project, we decided to narrow down the topic that to create a campaign to promote awareness with FAST FASHION WASTE in Vietnam

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducted secondary research and situation analysis to come up with the key insights.

  • Generated key concept, key message and co-planned executive strategy.

  • Directed and monitored the pre-production, on-site and post-production process: photo shooting, video shooting, editing, etc.

Key Achievements:
  • The project was marked as Distinction by the Course Lecturer

  • The project was nominated to be in the 2019's SCD Showcase of RMIT Vietnam

Sunlight - Marketing Mix Analysis and Recommendations

​Description: 

This project was done for the course Marketing Principle. The task is to identify and analyze the impact of key trends in the external and internal environments on marketing-related activities of an actual business operating in Vietnam and various elements of the marketing mix work together based on the 4Ps framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developed an in-depth market research, consumers, product mix, pricing, promotion mix analysis and propose recommendations​ 

  • Designed presentation slides and all mockups in the proposal

Vinaphone - A Solution for New Technology Launching

Leader, Researcher, Data Analyst, Pitching Representative
​Description: 

This solution campaign is developed for the Contemporary PR Research. Vinaphone is to launch a new technology and they
are extremely interested in understanding more about who will adopt this technology, who are their potential influencers, how their current social media platforms are performing in terms of social engagement and how these findings will impact their social media strategy and possibly their KOL alliances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilized social listening tools and survey tools like Social Heat, Fanpage Karma, Buzzsumo, Qualtrics, NodeXL Pro to conduct social networks analysis and evaluate Vinaphone's social media engagement across social platforms.

  • Utilized Excel and NVivo to perform quantitative research and data analysis.

Toy Story 4 Film Promotion

​Description: 

This project was done for the course Vietnamese in Professional Communication.The task is to propose a marketing plan to promote a Disney movie to Vietnamese audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developed secondary research on target audiences to generate solid insights

  • Brainstorm creative idea, key message, activation plan and allocate budget

  • Design mockups for activation activities

Shopee - Campaign Effectiveness Research and Analysis

​Description: 

This project is under three separated assessment of the course Contemporary PR Research. In the project, I choose the brand Shopee and was assigned the topic "Campaign Effectiveness" throughout three assessment to conduct research, evaluation and interpretation of market and audience research as relevant to the field of public relations.
 

Key Responsibilities:

​1. Applied secondary research to collect data and discussion around Shopee on social media to perform the Ronaldo 9.9 Campaign Effectiveness Evaluation by tools like Fanpage Karma and Buzzsumo and from online databases, e-books, websites

2. Provide a qualitative research brief to the research agency to conduct Focus Group Discussion to examine the effectiveness of Shopee's celebrity endorsement strategy used in the “7.7 Mid-year Sale” on the consumers   

3. Present the basics of writing survey questions with rationale, constructing a short 3-5 minutes online survey by Qualtrics, describing the results of the survey, and figuring what insights or key information can be distilled from the survey results around the effectiveness of the 9.9 campaign to investigate the competition between Shopee and Lazada to gain user engagement

Vans - The Higher . The Tougher . The Better

This project was done for the course Copywriting to promote the Vans Pro Classic which look exactly like the Vans Classic with some superior features. The task is to produce prints to educate consumers about the increased cushioning and durability of the Vans Pro Classic, making the Vans Pro Classic the go to choice for modern skateboarders.
